We are a great team and would be delighted to have you join us! **Your responsibilities** **Objective:** Responsible for maintaining equipment operation and ensuring part production regarding Quality, Cost–Productivity, and Time–Delivery, under safe conditions. Together with support departments, their work team, and Coordinator, performs preventive and corrective actions to improve equipment and manufactured product performance. **Key position activities:** * Inspects manufactured products and/or operates equipment, ensuring achievement of production targets (Quality, Cost–Productivity, and Time–Delivery). * Is directly responsible for stopping machines in case of deviations in product or process; and for reporting to the Coordinator and support departments to initiate appropriate actions. * Performs and documents tests on products as specified in control plans; and ensures proper recording of material traceability. * Performs and coordinates their work team during machine model changeovers, and ensures appropriate manufacturing conditions through release tests, adjustments, and verification of Poka-Yoke systems. * Performs and documents first-level (daily, cleaning plan) maintenance on machines. * Ensures safety conditions during operations, as well as operational control for environmental aspects. * Performs and documents tests on the product as specified in control plans; and ensures proper recording of material traceability. **Your profile** **Profile** Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree 18 months in position Experience: Automotive Industry Computer Programs: Office Knowledge: * Model changeovers * Machine stoppages * Basic pneumatics * Basic hydraulics * Basic electrical/electronic * Drawing interpretation * LOTO * Measurement system operation * Calibrations and references **Contact details** thyssenkrupp Presta de México, S.A. de C.V.
