Job Description and Details The Controller is responsible for the overall Finance function, General Ledger integrity, compliance, and Internal Control oversight. This role involves supporting Business Unit and Divisional staff in business planning, financial reporting, financial performance measurement, and identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that will result in greater efficiency and accuracy. Experience and Requirements * Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP & Mx GAAP). * Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Proficient with government regulations and laws. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance. * 3+ years of leadership experience preferred. * Prior experience in maquiladora or manufacturing industry (World Class, Manufacturing Environment). * Experience across multiple sites is preferred. * Must continuously maintain the highest degree of integrity, customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction, and people productivity. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Fully bilingual. * Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
