Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with experience in general facility maintenance to carry out preventive and cleaning activities. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general maintenance and cleaning of the company 2. Preventive maintenance of facilities 3. Operation of office equipment **Requirements:** * Education: Junior high school * MANDATORY Experience: 2 years in general facility maintenance (electricity, plumbing, gardening, masonry, welding, etc.) * Driver’s license preferred **Responsibilities:** Preventive maintenance of facilities; transports and positions office equipment across various corporate or branch areas, as well as administrative offices; performs general maintenance and cleaning of the company; collects waste and disposes it in designated locations; applies paint to interior or exterior walls or floors of the corporate office or branches; maintains doors, gates, windows, railings, floors, restrooms, ceilings, stairs, and flowerbeds. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM – 1 PM (every other Saturday worked); Sundays and statutory holidays are days off. **Work Location:** Chachapa Industrial Park, Amozoc, Puebla. **We Offer:** Salary: $11,442 monthly gross (Net $2,500 weekly, already tax- and savings fund-free) + $1,407 monthly food vouchers, plus occasional overtime.
