Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in general facility maintenance to carry out preventive and cleaning activities. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse activities: electricity, plumbing, gardening, masonry, welding **Requirements:** * Education: Secondary school diploma * ESSENTIAL Experience: 2 years in general facility maintenance (electricity, plumbing, gardening, masonry, welding, etc.) * Driver's license preferred **Responsibilities:** Preventive maintenance of facilities; transports and positions office equipment across various corporate or branch areas, as well as administrative offices; performs general maintenance and cleaning of the company premises; collects waste and disposes it in designated locations; applies paint to interior or exterior walls or floors of corporate offices or branches; maintains doors, gates, windows, railings, floors, restrooms, ceilings, staircases, and garden beds. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM – 1 PM (every other Saturday worked); Sundays and statutory holidays off. **Work Location:** Chachapa Industrial Park, Amozoc, Puebla. **We Offer:** Salary: $11,442 monthly gross (Net $2,500 weekly, already tax- and savings fund-free) + $1,407 monthly food vouchers, plus occasional overtime.
