Job Summary: We are seeking an International Logistics Executive to quote freight rates, coordinate with freight forwarders, manage documentation, and schedule payments to suppliers. Strategic coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders A trading company specializing in materials is looking for an International Logistics Executive. **Profile** * Degree in International Trade and Customs, Logistics, or related field * Import and export experience (1–2 years) * National and international logistics experience * Customs documentation knowledge * Conversational English * Proficiency in Excel **Main Responsibilities:** * Quote national and international freight rates * Track and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers * Support Project Managers with ETA updates, quotations, and assignments * Review commercial documents, proformas, and logistics service invoices * Enter invoices and costs into the system (for operational costing) * Schedule weekly payments to suppliers (customs broker, freight forwarder, carriers) * Update operational reports * Update status in the system **We Offer:** Statutory Benefits Salary: $18,000–$20,000 gross monthly (based on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs Work Location: Santa Fe (Garden Santa Fe) Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00–$20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
