Collaboration with operations and sales teams **Location:** Preferably reside near **El Salto** **Department:** Administration / Operations **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Objective** Provide administrative and document control support to service operations, ensuring proper management, capture, safeguarding, and timely submission or dispatch of logs, manifests, and reports in accordance with internal requirements, client specifications, and regulatory authorities. **Main Responsibilities** * Print logs for new entries and file them into the corresponding records. * Scan documents, manifests, and sanitation unit logs, storing them in the system for future client requests. * Review logs to verify signatures, names, service hours, liters, and annotations; validate information with operators. * Create and maintain updated digital (Drive) and physical folders for completed services. * Enter completed services into the G8 system and/or client platforms. * Register sanitation unit activations and deactivations in Drive. * Properly archive and safeguard logs, manifests, and other position-related documents. * Support the sales team and delivery/withdrawal operations as required. * Prepare monthly manifests for all clients at the beginning of each month. * Submit the corresponding manifests to each client within the first three days of the month. * Prepare manifests for discharge at SIAPA and PTAR (routes) and maintain daily control in the Manifest Control Report. * Prepare and deactivate daily logs for sanitation unit routes. * Receive, validate, and safeguard manifests and reports completed and signed by operators. **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma (technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative fields preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or document control positions. * Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel, and administrative systems. * High level of organization, attention to detail, and process follow-up. * Strong communication skills and ability to validate information with operational staff. * **Mandatory:** Reside near El Salto, Jalisco.
