Supervision of personnel selection and development processes. **IMPORTANT: FISCAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES COMPANY IS SEEKING:** Talent Acquisition and Training Leader (Team to supervise)**Location** San Pablo neighborhood, Querétaro **Schedule** Monday to Friday, with occasional availability on Saturdays **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Job Objective** Lead the Talent Acquisition and Training department, coordinating a team of **5 to 10 recruiters**, ensuring achievement of coverage targets, early turnover reduction, and execution of the annual training plan. **Required Profile (Mandatory)** Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field **Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading recruitment teams (minimum of 5 people)** Experience in mass, administrative, and managerial recruitment Proficiency in area KPIs (coverage, turnover, time-to-fill, sourcing channels) Experience designing and implementing training programs (DNC + annual plan) **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the recruitment team and ensure goal attainment. * Design talent acquisition strategies and manage sourcing channels. * Supervise competency-based interviews and selection methodologies. * Coordinate standardized onboarding and orientation. * Measure turnover within the first 90 days and implement corrective actions. * Develop DNC and execute the annual training plan. * Facilitate internal courses and ensure compliance with basic STPS requirements. **Important:** This vacancy is for a leadership and coordination role; **it is not an individual recruiter operational position**.
