Management of design changes and implementation in manufacturing processes. **Job Objective:** The NPI Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting new product introduction, ensuring products are manufactured according to quality, efficiency, and cost standards. This role involves design validation, manufacturing process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product launch. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support throughout all phases of new product introduction. * Validate and analyze designs, proposing improvements to optimize production processes. * Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and processes. * Conduct tests and analyses to ensure products meet required standards. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and ensure manufacturing efficiency. * Manage design changes and implement them in manufacturing processes. * Train production staff on new processes and products. * Coordinate with other departments such as R\&D, Quality, Planning, and Production. **Required Competencies:** * Basic SAP usage for simple tasks. * Basic interpretation of engineering drawings. * Fundamental knowledge of the SPC system for data extraction. * English: Ability to understand basic and simple English terms related to the job area. * Adaptability: Ability to adjust to new tasks and responsibilities. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. * Basic communication: Ability to clearly convey simple ideas.
