Job Objective To prepare and present seafood dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring freshness, flavor, quality, and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities * Preparation of fish, seafood, and side dishes following standardized recipes. * Verification of freshness, quality, and proper storage of ingredients. * Application of appropriate techniques for cleaning, filleting, cutting, and cooking. * Adherence to the FIFO (First In, First Out) system for product storage and rotation. * Maintaining constant order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assisting in plating and presentation of dishes. * Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinated teamwork to ensure service efficiency. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in seafood or shellfish cuisine. * Minimum education level: Completed secondary school (gastronomy training preferred). * Knowledge of hygienic handling of fish and seafood. * Flexible availability for work schedule. * 100% on-site work.
