You support our team as **Quality System Engineer** =========================== ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and improve systems and processes: Maintain and continuously improve the Quality and HSE Management System, ensuring alignment with global standards and customer requirements. * Warranty and customer contract management: Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze customer contracts, warranty requirements, and risks, as well as negotiate customer letters to mitigate such risks. * KPI and quality performance management: Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators, developing action plans to ensure objectives are achieved. * Customer claim resolution and root cause analysis: Implement and maintain the claim management process, leading return analyses and corrective actions in collaboration with Engineering and Operations. * Audits and continuous improvement initiatives: Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits, participate in corporate Quality and HSE initiatives, and follow up on improvement action plans. * Quality and HSE training and standardization: Ensure delivery of required Quality and HSE training across the site and contribute to the development and implementation of corporate standards and guidelines. ### **Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree or advanced professional with equivalent compensating experience.** * **Specified years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry.** * **Relevant certifications, systems experience, and training.** * **Professional\-level English preferred.** * **Support and management of customer audits and requirements.** The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
