Santa Maria Tequepexpan, San Pedro Tlaquepaque **Salary:** $18,000 to $20,000 monthly gross **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ### **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related degree * Minimum **5 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)** * Knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015** (mandatory) * Knowledge of **AEO** (desirable) * Knowledge of **IATF** (desirable) * **Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification** (desirable) ### **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure establishment, implementation, and maintenance of processes for the **Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)** and supply chain security **(AEO)**. * Coordinate and lead quality system meetings. * Report to management on system performance and opportunities for improvement. * Promote awareness of customer requirements across all organizational levels. * Encourage staff participation in quality system-related activities. * Issue quality certificates, **ROHS, REACH, and expiration certificates**. * Address and follow up on **corrective actions** until closure. * Present results of corrective actions. * Maintain physical and electronic records related to the quality system. * Train staff on topics related to the quality management system. * Perform **production line releases**. ### **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$18,000 to $20,000 gross** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **30 days’ year-end bonus** * **40% vacation premium** * **$500 monthly food vouchers**
