




**Your Job**The Quality Management Systems Engineer helps achieve the internal objectives of the various Quality Management Systems and all incorporated processes, as required. Among its main objectives are effectively tracking customer complaints, monitoring the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process, and properly managing the Layered Process Audits (LPA) process, as well as providing support during the execution and follow-up of corrective actions resulting from audits (internal and external). **Our Team** This position ensures compliance with all Quality Management Systems adopted by the company, taking necessary measures to help create and maintain a culture of quality and ethics across all processes. It has the authority to intervene in any process or machinery where there may be a risk of compromising product or Quality Management System quality. Additionally, it has the authority to approve an investigation or corrective action plan, ensuring compliance with the various quality systems and procedures established within the organization. **What you will do** * Track customer complaints by blocking stock of defective products, coordinating material evaluation, providing a response to the customer within less than 24 hours, and delivering a solution to the customer to maintain satisfaction, reduce production costs, and keep QN (Quality Notifications) metrics stable. * Keep the SAP system updated with information related to customer complaints (QNs). * Ensure that activities defined within QNs are implemented on time and correctly to guarantee their effectiveness. * Maintain D3C and D5C in SAP according to requirements. * Appropriately monitor customer scorecards and follow up on actions required due to performance results to ensure customer satisfaction. * Within the CAPA process, is responsible for guiding others in the investigation and action plan activities to ensure effectiveness when support is required. * Provides support when required or assigned to CAPAs, including evaluating all phases of the CAPA and ensuring actions are implemented on time and correctly to guarantee effectiveness. * Maintains and manages the site’s LPAs (Layered Process Audits) process, as well as appropriate follow-up of corrective actions and metrics, to ensure effectiveness of the various processes where LPAs are implemented across the organization. * Provides support during external audits conducted by certification bodies, regulatory agencies, or customers to ensure compliance with various requirements. * Administers and oversees compliance with specific customer requirements. * Ensures effective monitoring of quality objectives, as well as assignment of corrective actions or investigations when objectives are off-target, per established procedures. * Understands, supports, and contributes to compliance with the PBM Philosophy, various Quality Management and Safety & Hygiene standards, Six Sigma, RBA (Responsible Business Alliance), ISO, IATF, and CTPAT/OEA, following established policies and procedures. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. **Who you are** * Completed relevant professional degree * 3–5 years of experience in Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, and/or Commercial Quality Engineering. * Advanced English * Training as an internal auditor for one or more of the following systems: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and/or AS9100. **What will put you ahead** * SAP knowledge * Experience managing CAPA processes, customer complaints, and/or Quality Management System audits. * Interpersonal skills (effective communication, leadership, service attitude, strategic analysis, organization). * Verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to express ideas and exchange information clearly and concisely. * Excellence in teamwork and interpersonal skills.
