




Job Summary: Supports the testing laboratory, ensuring result reliability and proper equipment operation, maintaining up-to-date records and complying with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operating testing equipment for plastics and paint. 2. Familiarity with SPC and MSA to ensure quality. 3. Maintenance and preservation of testing equipment. Requirements: * TSU in Chemistry * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in operating testing equipment for plastic and paint evaluation. * Familiarity with SPC and MSA requirements and application techniques Responsibilities: 1. Support laboratory testing activities and report generation; develop test plans and ensure results are reliable, accurate, and repeatable. 2. Support MSA implementation, ensuring all testing equipment is calibrated and functioning properly. 3. Perform appropriate maintenance and preservation of testing equipment as required. (Special maintenance and management of testing instruments such as environmental chambers) 4. Conduct GRR (Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility) studies for personnel involved in measurements. (R&R, linearity) 5. Assist in evaluating test methods (work instructions, visual aids, procedures, etc.) 6. Ensure 6S implementation at the workplace to meet company and customer requirements. 7. Maintain up-to-date records of relevant measurements to ensure traceability and compliance with IATF16949-2016 standard.
