We are currently seeking to integrate an **Accounting \- Tax Manager**, with substantial experience in the field, who can contribute expertise, structure, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execution and supervision of accounting processes * Fulfillment of tax obligations * Analysis and control of financial information * Coordination and joint work with the accounting team * Monitoring of tax and regulatory updates (SAT) * Support for continuous improvement of departmental processes **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (tax specialization preferred) * Minimum **2 years of experience in accounting\-tax functions** * Up-to-date knowledge of SAT regulations * Strong organizational and control capabilities * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude * Ability to work effectively in teams within small organizational structures **WE OFFER** * Starting salary of **$18,000 MXN net** * Statutory benefits and indefinite-term contract upon successful completion of probationary period *(3 months)* * Integration into a growing company * Collaborative and close-knit work environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break ***We seek individuals who not only meet the technical profile but also wish to grow alongside the organization and add value from their role.*** Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance Experience: * more than: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
