Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to technically coordinate photovoltaic projects, with responsibility for design, execution, regulatory compliance, and contractor management. It is a technical coordination role with direct responsibility for: * Design, validation, and execution of electrical projects. * Regulatory compliance. * Quality control, timelines, and costs. * Contractor management and procedures with CFE. **Requirements:** * Electrical Engineering degree (graduated, intern, or final semesters). * 5 years coordinating low- and medium-voltage projects. * Proven experience leading remote teams of at least 20 people. * Willingness to travel. * Must reside in Veracruz, Veracruz; this is not a remote position, although remote team coordination is required. **Compensation:** $22,000 net monthly + productivity bonus Biweekly payment Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 | Sat 9:00–14:00 If your experience has been primarily technical without direct project coordination, this may not be the appropriate next step.
