We are a Mexican company with presence in Colombia, currently experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a **Clinic Administrator** to support management in ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Your **main responsibilities**: * Manage service provider fees, ensuring data accuracy within the system. * Lead the reception team and facilitate communication across all departments. * Manage suppliers, inventory, and document archives. * Deliver high-quality service to internal and external collaborators. * Execute decisions made by the Director and serve as their primary support in clinic operations control. * Ensure the clinic operates in full compliance with all applicable internal, legal, and health regulations. **What We Are Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Office suite, management software, and monday (Preferred). * Cash handling, cash counts, closing procedures, and invoicing. * Highly ethical individual with strong service orientation and proactivity. **What We Offer?** * Salary: $12,000\.00 per month. * Direct payroll employment. * Statutory benefits. * Collaborative and growth-oriented environment. * Location: Westside CDMX. **Apply through this channel!**
