




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate a team of sales representatives to maximize sales quality and ensure goal achievement, while training and developing staff to improve productivity and providing field support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales team leadership and coordination 2. Staff development and training 3. Support and assistance in closing sales -Achieve the highest possible volume and quality of sales by supervising and coordinating the assigned sales team and setting goals to meet the monthly budget. -Process daily sales reported via telephone to the Revenue Department by recording them in the Daily Sales Settlement Form, so they can be collected through the Services Module of the Billing and Control System. -Train, develop, and maintain a fully functional work team by motivating, supporting, and guiding them in closing their sales to achieve successful closures and improved productivity. -Transport the promoter team to their work zone and remain present during their working hours, monitoring the area to ensure their safety and provide support.
