




Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect with sound judgment, methodology, and clarity to lead deliverables, coordinate disciplines, and uphold high standards in design and execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of executive projects and coordinate engineering disciplines. 2. Participate in construction supervision and client and supplier interactions. 3. Support conceptual proposals and design criteria. We are looking for a **Senior Architect** to join our **design + construction** team. We seek someone with sound judgment, methodology, and exceptional clarity to lead deliverables, coordinate disciplines, and maintain high standards in documentation and execution. **Work Mode:** IN-PERSON (Monterrey / San Pedro) **Start Date:** Immediate (or as agreed) **Employment Type:** Full-time Candidate Profile * Licensed Architect (professional license preferred). * **5+ years** of experience in an architectural firm (ideal: residential/commercial projects and on-site construction follow-up). * Experience managing projects from inception to completion: concept → executive phase → construction. * Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Responsibilities * Lead the development of **executive projects** (drawings, details, specifications, base quantity takeoffs). * Coordinate engineering and specialty disciplines (structural, MEP, voice/data, lighting, etc.). * Review deliverable quality: **drawing control**, versions, pending item lists, submittals. * Participate in **construction supervision**: site visits, meeting minutes, punch lists, contractor follow-up. * Interact with clients and suppliers: meetings, progress presentations, decision-making, and written agreements. * Support conceptual proposals and design criteria (materials, solutions, layouts). Technical Requirements * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). * Solid experience with **SketchUp** and documentation (LayOut preferred). * Revit experience preferred (depending on firm workflow). * Basic Excel / cost control skills (preferred). * Knowledge of construction processes and on-site coordination.
