Problem resolution and proactivity MISSION: Promote the company's products and services offered at CIS locations, as well as attend to and resolve issues and needs expressed by customers, with the objective of retaining existing customers and attracting new ones, providing warm service backed by accurate and timely information. FUNCTIONS • Close sales and offer contract enrollment to individuals showing interest in learning about the company's products, services, and promotions. • Provide warm and timely service to all individuals entering the CIS to request information and/or assistance regarding any situation preventing them from receiving quality service.
