Familiarity with various platforms for creating high-quality presentations. Enhance leadership skills of department heads. Train staff members. Schedule training sessions and classroom agendas. Organize, manage logistics, and deliver training programs. Complete DC3 and DC4 forms. Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Possess strong theoretical knowledge of the organization and effective time management skills. Boutique inventory control. Upload staff DC3 forms into SIRCE. Carry out strategic onboarding to integrate new employees. Conduct facility tours for new employees to showcase workplace facilities. Assign new employees to their respective work areas. Send welcome emails. Work location: Central Base, Azcapotzalco, CDMX, near Ferrería Metro Station on Line 6 (Red Line). WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. WE OFFER: $14,000.00 Gross Monthly Salary. Weekly payments.
