Job Summary: We are seeking a GPS Monitor to supervise and manage continuous monitoring of delivery routes, analyze driver performance, and handle operational incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous supervision and management of delivery route monitoring via GPS. 2. Analysis of driver performance indicators and performance validation. 3. Management of operational incidents and support to delivery associates. A Mexican private security company with nationwide presence is looking for a GPS MONITOR to strengthen operational/administrative processes and contribute to the company’s continuous operational improvement. REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education (minimum requirement) * Prior experience as a GPS monitor (preferred) * Flexible availability of working hours TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Proficiency in GPS platforms RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and manage continuous monitoring of ***OUR CLIENTS’*** delivery routes using GPS platforms, verifying route compliance, operating times, and safety parameters. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators for each delivery driver (successful deliveries, incidents, productivity, and quality). * Performance Validation: Analyze data on speed, stop times, and route deviations to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to operational standards. * Reporting and Analysis: Generate daily and periodic reports on incidents detected during monitoring, as well as on route compliance and safety regulations. * Manage operational incidents (delays, roadblocks, rejections, incorrect addresses, customer absences, vehicle or app failures), following up until resolution. * Maintain constant communication with the Operations Supervisor and departments involved in the area. * Provide support to delivery associates regarding application usage, navigation, delivery sequence, and resolution of operational queries.
