Position Summary: Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the teaching-learning process to develop children's knowledge, skills, and competencies. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and supervision of educational plans and lessons. 2. Design of educational projects based on students' needs. 3. Guidance and coordination of assistant teachers. **Position Objective:** Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the teaching\-learning process to contribute to the development of children's knowledge, skills, and competencies. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Primary Education, or Educational Intervention. **English: Advanced (mandatory)** Minimum prior experience of 1 year as a lead classroom teacher. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Create and supervise lesson plans that incorporate all program areas and meet expectations. * Design projects with students based on identified needs. * Guide and coordinate assistant teachers in activities conducted with children. * Implement the classroom code of conduct according to established policy. * Conduct learning assessments and evaluate skill and competency development.
