We are looking for individuals eager to grow and, above all, highly interested in delivering exceptional service to our customers. **Construction Coordinator** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree required) * Ability to interpret blueprints * Coordinate activities with personnel across multiple construction sites * Follow up on client requests * Delivery of completed work * Valid driver’s license (standard automobile) * 1–2 years of experience **What would be your main responsibilities?** * Coordinate installations with technical staff on-site and schedule activities according to client requirements * Deliver completed work to the end client * Weekly construction progress reports * Supervise the quality of executed work **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate Excel (creates charts, performs data analysis, searches, pivot tables, and reports) * Word, PowerPoint * AutoCAD **What do we offer?** * Salary: $16,000–$18,000 (negotiable during interview) * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00–$20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Construction supervision: 1 year (required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
