Support in the preparation, control, and filing of documents. **Job Description** The **Administrative Assistant** position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various departments of the company, ensuring proper documentation control, tracking of internal processes, and support in the daily management of projects. This role is critical to maintaining organization, efficiency, and internal communication within Grupo Titanio. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in the preparation, control, and filing of administrative and project-related documents. * Data entry and updating of information in administrative systems and databases. * Support in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications. * Telephone reception and routing of calls and emails. * Administrative support to departments such as procurement, accounting, and project control. * Preparation of basic reports and expense tracking. * Support in administrative procedures and tasks related to projects and suppliers. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferably in construction or urban development companies). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
