




**Position:** Tax Analyst **Category:**Full-time **Location:** Querétaro **Responsibilities:*** Assist in the determination of federal and local taxes (Income Tax, VAT, Payroll Taxes). * Assist in the preparation and filing of annual compliance reports such as: annual tax return, tax opinion, informative returns. * Participate in transfer pricing compliance and electronic accounting requirements. * Assist in risk analysis (reconciliation of various CFDIs, blacklists, specialized service providers, dual customs entry scheme). * Assist in the preparation and submission of notices to be filed with the tax authorities. * Preparation of reconciliations of accounting accounts. * Participate in the preparation of calculations and accruals for corporate purposes. * Assist in preparing information to respond to litigation and audits. * Collaboration on assigned projects. **Skills and Knowledge:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Two years of experience in general accounting, auditing, and taxation. * General knowledge of tax legislation interpretation and CFDI completion guidelines. * SAP knowledge desirable. * Tax knowledge. * Affinity for developing technological tools. * Bilingual (English and Spanish). **Competencies:** * Customer focus + Action orientation + Analytical skills + Continuous learning + Teamwork + Organization + Problem solving + Adherence to policies and business ethics. **Benefits you’ll enjoy:** International Paper offers a competitive benefits package aligned with the position level. **The career you’ll build:** Leadership training and growth opportunities within a global company. **The impact you’ll make:** We continue building a better future for people, the planet, and our company.
