Coordinate safety training **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, preventing occupational risks, accidents, and incidents through continuous supervision of unsafe conditions and acts within operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with applicable STPS regulations (NOM\-001, NOM\-017, NOM\-019, NOM\-030, NOM\-035, etc.). * Conduct safety walkthroughs at the plant (extrusion, anodizing, painting, warehouse, etc.). * Identify unsafe acts and conditions and implement corrective actions. * Verify proper use of PPE by personnel. * Document incident, accident, and near-miss reports. * Participate in the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Coordinate safety training. * Supervise contractors and external personnel. * Follow up on internal and external audits (ISO 9001 / legal compliance). * Manage work permits (heights, confined spaces, hot work). * Develop safety indicators (frequency, severity, unsafe acts).
