Strategic Planning: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Operational Optimization: Minimize unplanned production stoppages and reduce machinery idle time; record actual time and resources consumed on work orders and close work orders accordingly. Personnel Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with work standards. Resource and Safety Management: Manage spare parts inventory, control budgets, and ensure strict adherence to safety and health regulations. Continuous Improvement: Analyze maintenance KPIs to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs. Prepare and review permits for high-risk work activities included in scheduled tasks, ensuring proper lockout, tagout, labeling, and application of LOTOTO procedures. Create material reservations in SAP-PM for use during maintenance work. Implement recommendations to ensure repairs are performed appropriately according to equipment damage type, thereby guaranteeing plant asset reliability. Specialized knowledge in lubricants and greases, vibration analysis, predictive maintenance (IM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), inspection, mechanical systems, electricity, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, non-destructive testing, and regulatory standards including ASME, API, AWS, NOM, and metallurgy.
