**We are looking for you to join our team—apply if you meet the following profile.** **POSITION:** CIVIL, INDUSTRIAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Bachelor’s in Architecture, for direct on-site work. **Gender:** Unrestricted **Valid driver’s license required** **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday through Saturday Willingness to work on various construction sites. **Experience:** Supervision of personnel, interaction with subcontractors, knowledge of construction materials, finishes, drywall, woodwork, carpentry, project completion, software such as Sinco and Diazar, construction processes, blueprint interpretation, and generation of work volume reports. **Skills:** Practical, ability to learn quickly, customer-oriented, teamwork, proactive, leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with construction blueprints; supervise and track project progress; coordinate subcontractors (payments, invoices, etc.); supervise finishing work (woodwork, drywall, carpentry, etc.); supervise machinery and equipment; ensure construction materials are used according to estimates and conform to purchase orders; enforce all stipulated safety measures on site; supervise warehouse staff and security personnel.
