Maintain ongoing communication with area leaders We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the team of a holding company comprised of three business units operating in key sectors: logistics, private security, and pharmaceuticals. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes for administrative and operational positions. Responsibilities * Conduct **recruitment and selection of administrative profiles** (operational staff, analysts, coordinators, etc.). * Carry out **operational recruitment**, such as security guards. * Post job openings on specialized portals and networks. * Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across various levels. * Coordinate assessments, documentation, and onboarding processes. * Maintain ongoing communication with area leaders to understand talent needs. * Update databases and tracking reports. Requirements * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in recruitment. * **Advanced English (mandatory)**. * Availability to work **100% onsite in Polanco**. * Knowledge of recruitment tools and competency-based interviewing techniques. * Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
