




Job Summary: Implement and develop the quality and safety management system by designing, controlling, and improving processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in implementing ISO 9001 and OEA certification processes. 2. Design, documentation, and implementation of processes and procedures. 3. Execution of internal audits and coordination of certifications. Objective: Implement and develop the quality and safety management system through process design, control, and improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational standards. Must have experience in implementing the ISO 9001 system and OEA certification processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement the company’s quality and safety management system. * Design, document, and implement processes, procedures, and work instructions. * Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions. * Develop and coordinate certification and regulatory compliance processes. * Manage and control quality system documentation. * Analyze risks, organizational performance, and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate contingency plans and drills. * Evaluate suppliers, services, and customer requirement compliance. * Conduct joint assessments with the HR department regarding physical, psychosocial, and leadership environments. * Support HR department activities.
