There are 3 shifts to rotate. **Responsibilities:** * The incumbent is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing human, material, and technical resources during their shift in the Machinery, Borsor, and Melting areas, ensuring compliance with productivity, quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental indicators of the integrated quality system. * Technical facilitator for resolving process-related problems * Monitoring of machine conditions and critical operational variables * Tracking capsule specifications regarding functionality and deviations reported by the * Participates in and supports various process tests requested by the department. * Leads innovation projects and implements improvement ideas. * Coordinates and supervises machine startup and fine-tuning following changeovers, mechanical interventions, and unplanned stoppages. * Analyzes and proposes solutions together with the Mechanical Coordinator for major issues arising during the shift. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $32,000 * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits Salary: $32,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What percentage proficiency do you have in English? * Do you hold a degree and professional license?
