Leadership in innovation projects and implementation of improvements **WE ARE SEEKING A PRODUCTION COORDINATOR** **Work Schedule:** Rotating shift role, 6 days on / 2 days off. There are 3 shifts to rotate. **Responsibilities:** * The incumbent is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing human, material, and technical resources during the work shift across the Machinery, Borsor, and Melting areas, ensuring compliance with productivity, quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental indicators of the Integrated Quality System. * Technical facilitator for resolving process-related problems * Monitoring of machine conditions and critical operational variables * Tracking capsule specifications regarding functionality and deviations reported by the team * Participating in and supporting various process tests requested by the department * Leading innovation projects and implementing improvement ideas * Coordinating and supervising machine startup and commissioning following changeovers, mechanical interventions, and unplanned stoppages * Analyzing and proposing solutions together with the Mechanical Coordinator for major issues arising during the shift **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $32,000 * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits Salary: $32,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What percentage proficiency do you have in English? * Do you hold a degree and professional license?
