We are currently seeking **Production Assistants** to join our team, support activities in the area, and grow with us. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the different stages of the sausage and cold cut production process. * Operate equipment and tools under supervision, following established procedures. * Meet the daily production schedule. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. * Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment, utensils, and work areas. * Assist with product arrangement, handling, and transportation. * Follow quality, food safety, and occupational safety guidelines. * Work as part of a team and promptly report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in production or an industrial environment (experience in food industry preferred but not mandatory). * Ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Ability to follow instructions and comply with established procedures. * Good communication skills and teamwork ability. **We Offer:** * Starting salary: $12,200 monthly * Statutory benefits. * Monthly food allowance (once assigned to the plant) * Option for an indefinite-term contract.
