Prevention of criminal or emergency situations. **Job Description / General Objective** * Maintain continuous monitoring of areas to detect and report anomalies, safeguard personnel, and ensure optimal use of resources, as well as prevent criminal or emergency situations. **Main Functions (Responsibilities)** * **Operational Surveillance:** Monitor operational processes carried out within refrigeration facilities. * **Critical Area Monitoring:** Continuously inspect zones identified as vulnerable. * **Incident Reporting:** Track and report damage to facilities or products, inappropriate behavior, and non-compliance with policies, procedures, and Good Distribution Practices (GDPs). * **Requirements (Candidate Profile)** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma or completed technical degree. **Work Conditions** * **Location:** Ultrafrío de Mérida. Mérida\-Umán Highway. **Working Hours and Shifts (Rotating):** * **Weekdays (Monday to Friday):** Morning shift (8:00 am to 6:00 pm). Night shift (9:00 pm to 6:00 am). * **Saturdays:** Morning shift (8:00 am to 1:00 pm). Afternoon shift (1:00 pm to 6:00 pm).
