Functions and Responsibilities * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on hotel facilities. * Repair malfunctions in **electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic equipment**. * Respond to **maintenance requests** generated by reception, housekeeping, or guests. * Inspect the operation of **air conditioning units, lighting, pumps, water heaters, and hydraulic systems**. * Support **hotel renovation or infrastructure improvement projects**. * Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition. * Comply with **safety and hygiene standards** in the workplace. * Report major anomalies or damages to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Assist in the installation of equipment or furniture when required. * Maintain basic records of **materials and spare parts used**. Education * Completed secondary education; **technical degree OR ENGINEERING degree in maintenance, electricity, electromechanics, or related field** (preferred). Experience * **1 to 2 years** in general maintenance. * Preferred experience in **hotels, hospitals, office buildings, or shopping centers**.
