




**Job Objective:** Ensure that facilities and equipment remain safe, functional, and in optimal condition. **Required Profile:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance. * Experience coordinating external suppliers. **Skills and Competencies:** * Planning and monitoring. * Preventive approach. * Rapid fault resolution. * Resource organization and control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordinate repairs and external suppliers. * Maintain logs and reports per branch. * Supervise safety, lighting, air conditioning, and equipment. * Ensure a clean and safe environment for members.
