We are seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator** with solid experience in managing and executing maintenance plans. The primary objective is to ensure optimal equipment and facility operation, minimizing downtime, guaranteeing operational safety, and optimizing maintenance resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Manage the maintenance technician team, assigning tasks and overseeing their execution. * Develop and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for all tasks. * Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools. * Analyze recurring failures and propose solutions to improve equipment reliability. * Prepare maintenance management reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of experience supervising maintenance in industrial or production environments. * Electromechanical Engineering degree. * Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. * Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Competitive salary * Employee transportation * Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) * Birthday and work anniversary bonus * Cafeteria subsidy ***Join Corrugados Especializados***
