### **Shift Supervisor in Production (Dairy)** Location: Nopalucan de la Granja, Puebla We are **Pasteurizadora Maulec**, a Mexican company with **over 40 years of experience** in the manufacturing and marketing of ultra-pasteurized dairy products. Our commitment to **quality, innovation, and food safety** has positioned us as a benchmark in the industry, and we seek to integrate into our team a Production Supervisor focused on results and passionate about continuous improvement. ### **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field in manufacturing. * **Experience:** Proven experience as a supervisor or production leader in food-processing companies, preferably in the dairy sector. **Technical Knowledge:** * Dairy manufacturing processes * Focus on food safety and quality * Personnel management * Knowledge and application of sanitary and industrial safety standards * Internal and external audits (ISO, FSSC, SQF, etc.) **Competencies:** Operational leadership, effective communication, results orientation, planning and organization, problem solving, continuous improvement, analytical ability, adaptability. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate production activities to meet scheduled output and required quality standards. * Record and analyze process data. * Optimize work methods and area efficiency. * Maintain communication with the supply chain to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise process areas (receiving, rehydration, pasteurization, packaging, sterilization, and palletizing). * Track and close operational findings. * Verify inventories and coordinate silo usage. * Plan and direct operations with assigned personnel. * Implement improvements and resolve process deviations. * Make operational decisions and execute continuous improvement projects. * Support staff training. ### **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary: $30,000–$33,900 per month. * Year-end bonus: 15 days’ pay in the first year; 30 days’ pay starting in the second year. * Cafeteria subsidy. * Vacation premium and paid vacation time as stipulated by law. * Birthday, anniversary, and attendance bonuses (monthly and annual). * Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Savings fund. ### **Join the Maulec Family** If you are passionate about industrial maintenance and wish to grow within a solid company committed to excellence and the well-being of its people, **This opportunity is for you!**
