Your role is vital: you will serve as the mentor of your students’ aquatic progress and the manager of your group’s operational excellence. **Job Responsibilities** **A. Technical Instruction and Monitoring** · Specialized Instruction: Deliver swimming classes for various levels (children, youth, or adults) in accordance with the academy’s safety and technical standards. · Progress Profile: Create and maintain updated progress files for each student, documenting improvements in technique, endurance, and achieved goals. · Attendance Tracking: Record daily and accurate user participation. **B. Administrative Management and Payment Oversight** · Financial Monitoring: Supervise and ensure that all students under your responsibility are fully current on their monthly payments, collaborating closely with the swimming coordination team to maintain a healthy accounts receivable portfolio. · Staff Feedback: Mandatory participation in weekly staff meetings for performance analysis, safety review, and service improvement. · Communication with Families: Maintain a professional yet approachable relationship with parents/guardians, providing clear progress reports on students’ development. **C. Events and Sports Development** · Internal Events: Collaborate in planning and executing festivals and competitions within the club. · External Competitions: Motivate and accompany members in participating in events, leagues, and tournaments outside the institution. · Partnerships: Support the establishment of strategic alliances with other clubs and academies for sports exchanges. **Requirements** Required Certifications: Current swimming instruction certifications (SICCED, WSCA, or equivalent) and up-to-date knowledge of aquatic rescue. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as an instructor in swimming academies or sports clubs. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in group management, payment tracking, and basic reporting tools (Excel/Office).
