DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is looking for an HSE Supervisor with 5 years of experience to join our team at our offices in CDMX. We seek a proactive and safety-, health-, and environment-committed professional capable of leading initiatives and ensuring compliance with current regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and implementing HSE policies and procedures across all company operations, promoting a robust safety culture and preventing incidents. As HSE Supervisor, **your key responsibilities will include:** * Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System, aligned with best practices and national and international regulations. * Conducting periodic inspections and audits at facilities and work areas to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with HSE standards. * Investigating incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determining root causes, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Preparing and reviewing emergency plans, response protocols, and contingency plans. * Training personnel on HSE matters, promoting awareness and safe behavior. * Coordinating and supervising the activities of staff under your supervision, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. * Managing HSE-related documentation and records, including permits, licenses, reports, and statistics. * Ensuring compliance with current environmental legislation and promoting sustainable practices within the organization. * Participating in safety and health committees and maintaining smooth communication with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders. * Staying updated on new regulations, technologies, and trends in the HSE field. * Promoting a continuous improvement culture in HSE, encouraging active participation from all employees. * Supervising proper waste management and control of emissions and discharges. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Safety), Environmental Sciences, or related field. * Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years in similar positions, preferably in energy or industrial sector companies. * In-depth knowledge of Mexican regulations regarding Safety, Health, and Environment (NOMs, Federal Labor Law, etc.). * Experience in developing and implementing HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). * Ability to lead teams and manage projects. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Risk analysis and decision-making ability. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Preferred Qualifications:** * HSE certifications (e.g., ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, etc.). * Knowledge of incident investigation methodologies (e.g., Bowtie, JHA). * English language proficiency. * Experience in hazardous waste management.
