Experience in mass recruitment A leading Private Security Company requires: A leading Private Security Company requires: **FIELD RECRUITER** **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in mass recruitment (security, retail, cleaning) **Key Responsibilities:** Recruiting and screening operational staff Candidate support via WhatsApp and phone calls Scheduling and follow-up of interviews Basic documentation control **We Offer:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote) Salary: $9,600 MXN net + (statutory benefits) Performance bonus (key): $500 per guard who: joins, completes 30 active days; additional monthly bonus if: 100% of vacancies are filled, minimum active candidate pool is maintained (e.g., 10 candidates) Location: Col.
