**We are looking for you to join our team—apply if you meet the following profile.** **POSITION:** CIVIL, INDUSTRIAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE RESIDENT ENGINEER **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture, with direct on-site work experience. **Valid driver’s license required.** **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday through Saturday. Willingness to work at various construction sites. **Experience:** Personnel supervision; interaction with subcontractors; knowledge of construction materials, finishes, drywall, woodwork, carpentry, project completion; familiarity with software such as Sinco and Diazar; understanding of construction processes; ability to interpret blueprints and generate work volume reports. **Skills:** Practical, quick learner, customer-oriented, team player, proactive, leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to construction plans; supervise and track project progress; coordinate subcontractors (including payments, invoices, etc.); supervise finishing works (woodwork, drywall, carpentry, etc.); oversee machinery and equipment usage; verify that materials are used according to estimates and comply with purchase orders; ensure implementation of stipulated safety measures on site; supervise warehouse staff and security personnel.
