We are seeking a **Building Engineer** with extensive experience leading large-scale projects. The individual will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality, timelines, and cost requirements, as well as coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the construction of large-scale projects from planning through to final delivery. * Develop, control, and monitor budgets and construction schedules. * Coordinate contractors, site supervisors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Efficiently resolve technical and logistical issues. * Present progress and results reports to project management. * Participate in strategic project decision-making. **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related field.** * **Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience** in construction, with at least 5 years as a project leader or site manager on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or industrial). * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD, Project, Revit**, or construction management software. * Experience in supplier negotiation and contractor management. * Solid knowledge of construction standards, industrial safety, and quality control. * Proven ability in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and financial control of construction projects. * Availability to work on-site and coordinate large teams.
