Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to develop and supervise engineering and architectural projects, including quotations, drawings, and rendering, ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibility for planning and execution of construction works Requirements: * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field. * Prior experience in the position is mandatory. Responsibilities: * Develop, execute, and monitor engineering and architectural projects with oversight. * Prepare construction quotations and unit price schedules. * Prepare drawings, modeling, and rendering (software to be used: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator). * Advise on construction planning. * Adhere to the construction execution schedule and maintenance plan. * Submit weekly construction administration reports. * Assign tasks and supervise personnel under supervision. * Conduct construction surveys. * Ensure strict compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. We Offer: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. * Base salary of $16,000, plus a punctuality and attendance bonus of $800, a productivity bonus of +$3,000, and a meal allowance of $600.
