




**°°° Asset Security Guard °°°** **Program:** C-TPAT **Responsible Department:** Asset Security / Operations **Location:** Puebla Base / La Ciénega Industrial Corridor 2, 72228, Indios Verdes, Pue. **Transportation to workplace available** **Shift Schedule:** 24 x 24 **Job Objective** To implement **asset security and supply chain security controls**, including facility surveillance, access control, verification of vehicles and operators, and compliance with **C-TPAT guidelines**, in order to prevent unauthorized access, illicit activities, and operational risks. **Job Requirements** * Proven experience in surveillance, access control, or related positions. * Demonstrable employment stability. * Availability to work the **24 x 24 shift**. * **Proficient use of smartphone** for evidence collection and report submission. * Successful completion of a **trustworthiness assessment** and **socio-labor background investigation**. * Basic knowledge of security protocols and document control procedures. **Functions and Responsibilities (aligned with C-TPAT)** **1. Access Control and Surveillance** * Conduct **scheduled patrols** of internal facilities and perimeter areas. * Monitor **entry and exit** of staff, visitors, operators, and vehicles. * Record entries and exits in a **physical and/or digital logbook**. * Immediately report **unusual activities, incidents, or risks**. **2. Evidence Collection and Technology Use** * Capture **photographic and/or video evidence** of incoming and outgoing vehicles. * Submit reports according to internal security protocols. **3. Physical Inspection of Persons and Vehicles** * Conduct inspections of **bags, backpacks, trunks, glove compartments, and other visible areas**, in accordance with internal policies and respect for human rights. * Administer **breathalyzer tests** to operators and administrative staff per company guidelines. **4. Vehicle Inspection – C-TPAT** * Perform **vehicle inspections based on the C-TPAT 7/17-point verification standard**, as applicable to vehicle type. * Verify seals, locks, and security mechanisms where applicable. * Confirm general vehicle conditions prior to departure and report any physical anomalies detected upon return. **5. Pre-Trip Document Control:** Verify that **operators and vehicles** possess complete and valid documentation, including: * Freight Bill * Valid driver’s license * Valid medical fitness certificate * Vehicle registration card * Mechanical and physical inspection documents * Insurance policy * Operator’s official identification * Service/trip order * Vehicle checklist (properly completed and signed by the operator for tracking purposes) * Seal and lock records (where applicable) **Records and Evidence** * Access and patrol logbook. * Photographic/video evidence of inspections and departures. * Incident and anomaly reports. * Breathalyzer test records. **We Offer** * Weekly salary: **to be agreed upon** "At NORPAC, every route we monitor is more than just a trip—it represents our customers’ trust and our operators’ dedication.
