ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the receipt of materials, tools, and equipment. * Verify that received materials match purchase orders, documentation, and specifications. * Timely record material receipts in the ERP system. * Control and maintain up-to-date inventories in the receiving area. * Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehouse staff. * Ensure proper placement, identification, and safeguarding of materials. * Conduct and supervise physical inventories and cycle counts. * Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the relevant departments. * Train personnel under supervision on processes and safety standards. * Monitor staff attendance and ensure operational continuity. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. * Comply with and ensure compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and CTPAT/OEA standards. * Support internal customers regarding receiving and inventory-related requests. * Report activities and results to the Warehouse Superintendent. * Ensure the integrity, traceability, and security of inventories under responsibility. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering, technical or professional qualification in related fields. * Experience in materials receiving and inventory control. * Basic to intermediate English (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * ERP experience (AX preferred). * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of warehouse control and receiving processes. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in raw material or supply warehouses.
