**DESCRIPTION** I. Main Job Functions Assist the Production Department Manager in managing the workshop’s daily production, ensuring stable production volume, on-time delivery, and site order. Assign personnel, workstations, and shifts according to the production plan, ensuring normal operation of the television production line. Be responsible for workshop site management (5S, safety, discipline), ensuring employees comply with operational standards. Monitor abnormal issues during production and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution. Pay attention to product quality, reduce defective products, rework, and material waste. Manage team leaders and frontline workers, ensuring attendance, efficiency, and team stability. Cooperate with Quality, Equipment, and Warehouse departments, effectively carrying out on-site collaboration and execution. Perform other production-related tasks assigned by superiors. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar position * Engineering degree completed * Bilingual (English–Spanish) * Expert in KPI analysis and interpretation, as well as in developing and implementing improvement plans * Experience in manufacturing lines / line balancing * Knowledge of Lean and experience implementing it * Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing * Proficiency in computer systems * Flexible working hours * Leadership * Experience supervising and developing personnel * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally * Communication skills at all levels * Customer service attitude * Teamwork * Proactive * 70% English Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,400.00 – $35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Have you worked in Asian-origin manufacturing companies? * Do you have experience in site management within the electronic manufacturing industry or related TV sector?
