Job Summary: Execute and generate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders to ensure equipment reliability and availability, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of maintenance work orders according to priority and on schedule 2. Generation of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders 3. Compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual Electromechanical Technician Education: TSU in Maintenance or related field. Responsibilities: \* Execute user-requested work orders according to the established priority level for each work order, timely and accurately, and provide feedback to personnel to maintain required equipment reliability and availability. \* Generate preventive, corrective, vendor-related, sanitation, and material or spare parts requisition work orders necessary to complete assigned tasks. \* Comply with the guidelines outlined in the Good Manufacturing Practices manual to ensure orderly and clean operations. \* Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings and residential facilities as specified in the maintenance schedule or upon user request.
