ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise domestic and international shipments. * Plan, control, and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly logistics operations. * Coordinate logistics and shipping personnel, ensuring goal achievement. * Administer and analyze freight costs, quotations, and billing reports (FDR). * Ensure proper release of shipping orders according to pick release. * Track inbound and outbound shipments, including operations to and from Calexico. * Ensure proper collection of shipments at plant and assigned HUB. * Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers on logistics matters. * Supervise and ensure compliance with CTPAT, OEA, safety, and hygiene standards. * Manage month-end shipping processes and monthly dock clear. * Obtain and deliver collection receipts to Finance. * Track urgent requests submitted by the Materials department. * Report logistics operations weekly to the Warehouse Superintendent. * Implement strategies for efficient use of human resources and KPI compliance. * Maintain inventory integrity and logistical area security. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering, technical or professional degree (incomplete acceptable) in related fields. * Experience in logistics, shipping, and inventory control. * Intermediate-advanced English (70%). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * ERP system experience (AX preferred). * Personnel management and administration skills. * Knowledge of logistics methods and warehouse control techniques. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics and finished goods shipping.
