Primary Job Objective To ensure fuel supply and control through analysis, continuous management, and implementation of a strategy, preventive processes carried out by our operators and people—the main driving force—establishing a long-lasting culture of care. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (rotating—one week per shift); Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Fixed day off on Sundays. Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel. Advanced proficiency in Excel on Google Drive. Generate fuel loading reports for self-consumption. 2. Create users and update the ENERGEX database. 3. Conduct field audits. 4. Identify strategic fuel loading points. 5. Maintain constant communication with our fuel suppliers. 6. Daily communication with the operations department (office supervisors) regarding operational route changes, driver deactivations, and lost fuel cards. 7. Security control for fuel card handling via continuous card-to-vehicle reconciliations. 8. Weekly generation and reconciliation of the fuel accounting policy process. 9. Refueling units for self-consumption. 10. Daily recording of pump odometer readings. 11. User onboarding and offboarding across platforms. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: Technical or Professional degree. * Prior experience in Fuel Analysis and Performance Evaluation. * Solid knowledge of Intermediate Excel. * Advanced proficiency in Excel on Google Drive. * Committed and responsible. * 1–2 years of relevant experience.
